Last year's Molluscan Neuroscience meeting in Puerto Rico helped spur the creation of an online website for researchers and students interested in molluscan neuroscience: http://squishybrain.org.

The site has languished a bit, but a number of features have recently been added to help develop a more vibrant community.

One improvement is the integration of squishybrian.org with this existing listserv, gastropodnet. 

From this point on, messages posted to this listserv will automatically be posted and archived at squishybrian.org.  This will provide a central and searchable repository of discussions that have occured via this listserv. 

In addition, posts made by registered users of squishybrain.org will be posted directly to this listserv.

This synchronization between listserv and website should help broaden the reach of both tools, providing a seemless and single point for community members to engage in online discussion.
